At Mom & Baby Care, we care about your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will do our best to make it right.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
    • Baby food & formula
    • Diapers & wipes
    • Personal care products (lotions, creams, soaps, etc.)
    • Items purchased on clearance or discount

2. Return Process

Include your Order Number, reason for return, and a photo of the product if it is damaged or defective.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you.
  • Approved refunds will be Credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for exchange assistance.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not possible.
